Our state-of-the-art in-house R&D lab provides the bridge between your product idea and a finished product ready for launch to market. We use cutting-edge formula development technologies, equipment, methods and innovation to develop world class formulas tailored to the needs of all skin types, age groups and genders.
With a product development team that has over 50 years of color cosmetics and skincare R&D experience, we are passionate about what we do and we obsess over delivering only the highest quality formulas.
All raw materials we use in the lab pass through strict multistage quality and safety inspections which are conducted by our in-house quality management team. We ensure that the final formulas only contain the highest quality of ingredients and that this level of quality is carried all the way through to full scale production.
Our Process
We start by collecting all information pertinent to your project in order to fully understand your end goal and budget for your project. This enables us to start developing a product as close to your vision and expectations as possible.
Once we have collected all preliminary information, we proceed to determine formula feasibility. We then carefully select and procure the appropriate raw ingredients for the initial test samples to be created in our lab.
Once all raw ingredients have been received, we proceed to mix and create the initial test samples in our lab. Upon completion, these samples will be shipped to you so can try and test for yourself. We will then eagerly await your feedback!
The lab will adjust the formula based on your feedback and ship out a revised sample for your review.
Once you are 100% satisfied with the final version of the formula, we will provide you with a costing sheet along with the final ingredient declaration. We are now ready to proceed with full scale production and manufacturing of your new product!
